Dale Boorman, of Sedona, died Oct. 24 at Mountain Park Senior Living in Phoenix.

Born in Chicago, he lived in New Hampshire and New Mexico before Sedona. He was a talented musician, spiritual seeker and friend to many.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Edwin Boorman, and brother Roger Boorman.

He is survived by his mother, Diane Boorman-Heath; stepfather Lawrence Heath, stepbrothers Martin, Eric, Dale, Phil and Juan Heath; and stepsister Camilla Wachsmuth.
