Dr. Valerie Jean Olmsted, 75, of Sedona, died on April 18. She was born in San Francisco, on Jan. 9, 1951, to the late Frank and Ruth De Lucchi.

Olmsted is survived by her sister, Debra De Lucchi; her pets, Stanley and Keenan; one nephew; two nieces; and many cousins.
