Miramonte Homes, the general contractor for the new Jordan Townhomes apartment project, will conduct essential utility work that requires a temporary road closure on Jordan Road, between Navahopi Road and Orchard Lane from Monday, Oct. 20 through Friday, Oct. 31.

The work involves tying into existing underground sewer and water service lines beneath Jordan Road, which are necessary to support the development of the Jordan Townhomes. In order to complete this safely and efficiently, both directions of Jordan Road will be closed between Navahopi Road and Orchard Lane.

During this time, northbound traffic will be detoured at Navahopi Road, and southbound traffic will be detoured at Orchard Lane. Detour signage will be placed in advance to help guide drivers and minimize disruptions to local traffic flow.
