Albert Eugene Pouria Sr., 86, of Sedona, died Sept. 11 in Payson.
Born in Yonkers, NY, he joined the U.S. Army and served on the burial detail at Arlington National Cemetery. He enjoyed golf, reading and all sports.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen Pouria; sons Albert [Lynda] Pouria Jr. and Anthony [Jenn] Pouria; daughter Janine [Jeffery] Nicole; and three grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday, Sept. 29, at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Parish in Cottonwood.
