Sagan Lewis, 63, of New York City and formerly of Sedona, died Sunday, Aug. 7.

Born as Susan Jane Lewis in 1953 in Omaha, Neb. She acted on “St. Elsewhere,” “Homicide: Life on the Street” and “M*A*S*H.”

Lewis was preceded in death by her brother Tom Lewis. She is survived by husband Tom Fontana; son Jade Scott Lewis; sisters Robin Schultz and Laurie Rittenbach; and brothers James Paul Lewis, John Mickey and Joseph Mickey.
