In a close run-off election Tuesday, May 20, City Councilman Rob Adams pulled ahead Wednesday, May 21, by two votes in unofficial results as of 4 p.m.
Votes were still coming in from Sedona to be counted May 21 and Lynn Constabile, Yavapai County elections director, expected all votes to be counted by 5 p.m.
If a city race is within 10 votes, the city council could ask the Superior Court for a recount, Constabile said.
