There’s an auction this Sunday, June 20th on a home on Royal Glen… The access is behind Shugrues in Hillside.  This home has 3 separate living units and sold a few years ago for $1.2M.  Obviously, the views and construction are great.  It’s previous owner was Rick Morris of Westfork Construction- who has a great reputation and builds a fantastic home.   The auction will take place and bidding starts at 600k.  Auctions are pretty rare around here, so it will be interesting to see what happens.  Email me at rick@sedona.net if you’d like details.
