I try to pick one of the most recent additions to the Sedona Real Estate market for my Best Buy of the Week. Today a home in the VOC came on market for a VERY reasonable price for a 1780 sq ft home built in 1990. It sits on a .28 acre lot and was listed today for $249k. That's only $140 per square foot - and the average price for a home like this could be closer to $180 per square foot. It's not a short sale or a foreclosure - it's just priced like one - without all the hassles of dealing with a bank or waiting for answers. Great deals come on the market weekly, so be sure to contact your agent about this week's Best Buy or any other home you may see in this re-occurring section of my blog!
