Published by Rick on Tagged First Time Homebuyers, Home Buying, Sedona Market TrendsThings have heated up over the last 4-6 weeks in Sedona… there are currently 75 homes in escrow (more than any time since Fall of 2005!) I had a buyer come to town yesterday because he’d been watching a dozen or more homes from afar… and suddenly 11 of them went into escrow or closed escrow. So, the heat is on and it’s time for the real buyers to step up and buy the good deals while the prices are still very low. If you’re waiting on the sidelines – be sure to check out some homes soon. I don’t expect that prices will go up for 18 months or more – but inventory is on the downward slide and there will certainly be less to choose from in the future!
