I knew Dale when he lived in Cincinnati and during his transition to Sedona. He was an inspiration and as a man whole loved and nurtured the children of our congregation. Also, he helped many a person, and seemed to have a knack for knowing the difference between giving someone a leg up and propping up someone who wasn't ready to make the climb. I was in the latter group with Dale, and his Christian love was a teaching point for me in many ways.

Dale Ehmke, I met Dale when he was vice-president at Graebel Movers in Palatine, Ill. I followed him to Cincinnati, Ohio, where my partner lance Telander and I became the first drivers for Ehmke Moves Inc. Behind Dale's business savvy and leadership we dominated the moving industry for Allied Van Lines in under a year in Cincinnati. The next year we became one of the 5 largest haulers and sellers for Allied Van Lines in the country. Dale became a tennis partner, a "lawyer" for me in a case involving Allied Van Lines and a friend. If I ever had ambitions to start up a business, it would be with Dale at the helm. Your moving family will miss you Dale. Rest in peace with your Heavenly Savior.
