The Sedona Red Rock High School boys track and field team is hitting its stride at the right time of year, claiming first at the Yavapai County Championships on April 27 by a 17-point margin.
“I couldn’t be happier winning the Yavapai County Championships. The meet was amazing and is a testament to what coach [Harry] Schneider does here in Sedona,” senior Chris Oestmann said of his team’s win. For the full story, see the Friday, May 4, edition of the Sedona Red Rock News. |

At Bradshaw Mountain High School in Prescott, the Scorpions took first with 633.5 points, beating out rival Mingus Union High School, which finished second with 616.5 points.
