Local motorists may have noticed an abnormal number of bikers on Sedona’s main drag in the past week, jamming up traffic more than usual these days, especially with the State Route 89A construction.
Held since 1982, Race Across America cyclists come from around the world to see which team will be the fastest to pedal nearly 3,000 miles coast-to-coast across the U.S. For the full story, see the Friday, June 22, edition of the Sedona Red Rock News. |

Not to worry, however, as the 30th annual Race Across America bikers should be all cleared out by the time this prints so everyone can go back to driving 20 mph instead of 10 mph.
