A friend recently turned me on to this article on Yahoo Real Estate about the states most likely to post the largest gains over the next 4 years. Arizona made 7th on the list - so there is a group of people that see a resurgency in pricing and overall market conditions in Sedona and Arizona in general! Take a look for yourself here
