I normally won't put a condo into the "Best Buy" category, because they often don't come up at a price that's under market value - but this week we're highlighting a new listing in the Arroyo Seco Townhomes on Dry Creek Rd.  This luxury townhome development was built in the late 90's and was quickly bought up as luxury residences in Sedona.  Many homeowners use their own unit when they vacation here and full time residency is relatively low.  They're well built and offer a community pool and great West Sedona location.  One seller just put their unit on the market as a short sale - and it's at or a little below what I perceive to be market value.  1800 sq ft unit listed at $349k.  Most sales have been in the 400k-500k range in this development, so it's a deal at this price.  arroyoseco
