William Rush Thomas Aug. 8, 1925 — Oct. 6, 2011 William Rush Thomas, 86, died Oct. 6. Born Aug. 8, 1925, in San Francisco, he was an Arizona resident for two years and had served in the Marines. He is survived by his daughters Kathleen Yeates and Colleen Marsh; and his son Walker Yeates. |
