William Eble

Dec. 29, 1923 — Aug. 23, 2012

William “Bill” Eble,  88, formerly of Sedona, died Aug. 23, in Fort Collins, Colo.

He was born Dec. 29, 1923, in Grand Junction, Co. A World War II veteran, he worked with Mountain Bell [Qwest] and retired after 33 years.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; children Loretta Hartten, John Eble, Lisa McFarland, and Sue Shortridge; six grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Services will be held in Cortez, Colo., on Friday, Aug. 31.
