Shirley A. Shields June 4, 1939 — April 9, 2010 Shirley A. Shields, 70, a resident of Sedona, died in Denver on April 9, 2010. Shields was born June 4, 1939. She was known in Sedona as the lead singer of the blues band Dry Heat. She is survived by her children and their spouses, 12 grandchildren, friends, and Bob, the man who loved her. She was well loved because she loved well. Cards and support can be sent to her daughter, Kim Shields, 21500 E. Alamo Place, Centennial, Colo., 80015-3514. There will be a celebration of life on her birthday, Friday, June 4, 2010, in Colorado. |
