Richard L. Hatcher

Feb. 16, 1933 — April 9, 2010

Richard L. Hatcher, 77, of Cottonwood, died April 9.

He served his country as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War.

Hatcher is survived by sons Timothy Hatcher and Mike Beecham; daughters Jeanne Hatcher Hope (Stephen) and Tammy Hatcher; a brother John Hatcher (Cindy); 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 17, in the Westcott Funeral Home at 1 p.m. Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7400 will provide military honors.
