Novella V. Payne May 14, 1918 – March 13, 2008 Novella V. Payne, 89, of Sedona, died March 13. Born in Mineola, Texas, Payne was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Payne; a daughter, Sharon Payne; sister Loise; a brother, Oval; and is survived by sons Kent [Karon] Payne and John [Cherry] Payne; a brother, Ulysse Belcher; sisters Jewel Forrester, Billie Ellie and Valiree Morgon; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Memorial service, 1 p.m., Saturday, April 5, Jehovah Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 100 Northview, Sedona.
