City to upgrade wastewater plant

The Sedona City Council voted unanimously to spend more than $4 million for needed capacity upgrades to the Sedona Wastewater Reclamation Plant.The vote came during the Nov. 12 council meeting.

Milton E. Wilcox, 63, of Sedona, died March 28. He was born Dec. 13, 1946, in South Bend, Ind. He was a circuit designer in electrical engineering and was a resident of Sedona for 11 years.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Diane Wilcox, and daughter Angela Wilcox of Reno, Nev.

No public services are planned. Please make any contributions to the Sedona Humane Society in his honor.
