Mark E. Keane, 93, of Sedona, died April 12.

A World War II veteran, he served as city manager of Tucson, deputy assistant secretary of House and Urban Development, and executive director of the International City Management Association.

He is survived by his wife Judith, and their family.

A memorial Mass will be held Wednesday, April 17, at 1 p.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church; a reception will follow at the Keanes’ home.
