Lavon Luan Wells, 78, died Sept. 13.

She was preceded in death by husband Robert Wells.

She is survived by brother Gordon [Evelyn] Roberts; daughters Valerie and Leslie Wells and Natalie McNally [Thomas]; granddaughters Tarrah [Patrick] Hintz, Jessica [Dennis] Parrison, Natasha and Erika McNally; and others.

Celebration of life: Saturday, Sept. 22, 11 a.m. at the Village of Oak Creek Church of the Nazarene, 55 Rojo Drive, with lunch to follow.
