Kathy Ullock, of Sedona, died May 19.

She was born in Lorain, Ohio, Sept. 6, 1951, to Herb and Annabel Tellman. She received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ohio State University.

She is survived by her husband Bruce; father Herbert Tellman; sister Janet Campbell; stepsons David Ullock and Spencer Ullock; and nephews Scott Campbell and Mark Campbell.
