Justine Walters Oct. 10, 1929 — Oct. 5, 2009 Justine Walters, 80, of Sedona, died Oct. 5. She was born Oct. 10, 1929, in Lille, France. She lived in France and California and was an artist. Walters was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, art and entertaining. She leaves her husband of 54 years, John; and a sister Nicole Rife (Gene) of Virginia.
