Judy Simmons Fisher Broome July 30, 2009 Judy Simmons Fisher Broome, Ph.D., D.D., of Arcadia, Fla., died July 30. The wife, mother, sister, friend, counselor and healer is survived by husband, Billy Broome, children James LaPlante, Susan Coker (Tim), Charles LaPlante, Rubye Main (Russell), Michael LaPlante (Margo), brothers Rev. Jesse Simmons (Frances), Rev. Thomas Simmons (Sandy), sister Rev. Peggy VanVlack, 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. The radio personality and author of “Heaven on Earth” founded Sedona Church of Living God, first Spiritual Center of Sedona, and was a metaphysical minister.
