Joseph T. Shea, of Sedona, died Jan. 6.

A decorated lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, he served in World War II and the Korean War. He was a member of the Elks Club of Sedona and a real estate instructor.

He is survived by his wife Amy Carol Shea; his sister, Norma [Dave] Govan of Fort Collins, Colo.; sister-in-law, Mary [Jim] Carriker of Athol, Idaho; and Doris D. Ruiz and Minnie [Donald] Dos Santos of Honolulu, Hawaii from a previous marriage.
