Johnnie B. Stapp July 18, 1927 — Dec. 13, 2008 Johnnie B. Stapp, 81, died Dec. 13. Stapp was born Johnnie B. Connor in Des Moines, N.M., to John Connor and Fay Etta [Hyer] Connor. Preceded in death by her husband, Harold W. Stapp, Johnnie is survived by a sister, Phyllis J. Browning, of Syracuse, Kansas; a niece, Kathy J. O’Connor, M.D., of Cornville; and her numerous friends in the Verde Valley.
