June 9, 1909 — Feb. 8, 2008

Jean Wilson Taylor Thompson, 98, former longtime resident of Sedona and an Arizona native, died Feb. 8, in Las Cruses, N.M.

Thompson was preceded in death by her husband, Stewart, two brothers and four sisters; and is survived by a son, S. Vaughn [Carole] Thompson Jr.; daughters Peggy [Richard] Glasco and Sydney [James] Sachse; brothers Edgar [Jessie] Taylor and Sidney [Lois] Taylor; and nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Saturday, May 10, at 11 a.m., at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church in Sedona.
