Jack Chapman Dec. 26, 2009 Jack Chapman, 85, of the Oak Creek Valley, died at home with family Saturday, Dec. 26, after a short illness. He is survived by wife Norma, daughter Denise Dyer, son Dennis Chapman, two granddaughters, two great-grandsons and one great-granddaughter. Services are Saturday, Jan. 2, at Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus, in Cottonwood, at 10 a.m. Interment at a later date at the National Memorial Cemetery in Phoenix.
