Irene Jackson Schwilling, 86, of Sedona, died May 4.

She was born Sept. 3, 1924, in Cottonwood Falls, Chase County, Kansas, to Roy and Alice Steadman (Jackson). She worked as a clerk for the county treasurer before she retired.

She is survived by her daughters, Diane Schwilling of Sedona, and Linda Mikulanis of Lakeside, Calif., and son, Darrel Schwilling, of Hot Springs, Ark.

Cremation Society of Arizona cared for the family.
