H. Eugene Bojens, 84, of Sedona, died Jan. 7.

Born in Atlantic, Iowa, he moved to California in 1936 and served in the U.S. Navy from 1946 to 1949. He lived in the San Francisco Bay Area and worked for Lockheed-Martin. He was a devoted husband and skilled woodworker.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, four children and four grandchildren.
