Georgia [Billie] Willamette Phelps, 95, of Cottonwood, died April 5.

She was preceded in death by husband William Earl Phelps; infant son William Crawford Phelps; brother Benjamin Crawford Fehrman II; and her parents.

She is survived by daughters Marjorie Joy [Richard], Jayne Lauman [Pat] and Nancy Bowen [John]; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many others.

Memorial service: Saturday, April 28, St. Thomas Episcopal Church, Clarkdale.
