Georgia Johnson, 83, of the Village of Oak Creek, died Aug. 1.

She graduated from the Minnesota School of Business. After living in New Mexico and California, she returned to Minnesota and started her own bookkeeping and secretarial services business.

She retired to the Village in 2006. She loved dachshunds and owned several.

She is survived by son Roger, daughter Carla and grandson Shane.

In lieu of flowers, send monetary memorials to the Humane Society or a favorite charity in her memory.
