Florence A. Koltz, 89, of Cornville, died April 30. She was born Oct. 12, 1922, in Chicago, the daughter of Stanley A. Onopa and Veronica Chmielewski Onopa.

Koltz is survived by a daughter Karen [Ray Wardingley] of Lake Montezuma and Chicago, Pamela [Paul Martin] of Sedona; and a sister Eleanor McMichael [Harry] of Chicago.
