Duane Nelson Nov. 7, 2009 Duane Nelson died Nov. 7. He lived in the Village of Oak Creek for 16 years. He was active in the church, Little League Baseball and Kiwanis. He served in the army for two years. He is survived by his wife, Jessie [married 58 years], sons Bruce and Doug, daughter-in-law Cindy, grandson Scott and sister Marilyn Langford. Memorial service will be Friday, Nov. 13, at Valley Baptist Church, 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northern Arizona Hospice.
