Dr. Wendell Paul Searer, 81, formerly of Sedona, died Dec. 27.

He was a physician at the Sedona Medical Center.

He is survived by his wife Annetta; daughters Kathryn [Jeffrey] McNair and Susan [Benjamin] Myers of Redlands, Calif., and Judith [Grant] Bevill of Crystal Lake, Ill.; and grandchildren Courtney, Josh, Amy, Clark, Molly, Kristina, Maxwell and Kathryn.
