Derek Hamblen, 29, recently died. He born Nov. 20, 1981.

Hamblen enjoyed a life full of love and adventure. He grew up in Sedona and graduated from Sedona Red Rock High School in 2000, then went to Wyoming Technical institute.

Hamblen is survived by his parents, Kathie and John Hamblen, sisters Andrea, Jesse and Jill, brothers John and Jerry, extended family and friends.

Memorial will be held at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood, Monday, April 25, at 5 p.m. Dress is casual.
