De Linda Jane Clark, 66, of Prescott, died Wednesday, Oct. 29.

Jane is survived by daughters Roxanna [Wayne] Collum, of Rimrock, and Terry Phillips, of Athens, Ala.; a son, Scott [Sherri] Phillips, of Chino Valley; a brother, Jay Hall; a sister Madge [Gary] Thornton; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
