David R. Leland
Oct. 3, 1939 — May 12, 2008 David Rowland Leland, 68, of Cornville, died May 12, in Phoenix. Leland was an Air Force veteran and lifelong member of National Rifle Association. Leland is survived by his wife of 36 years, Arline; sons John and Jimmy Leland; a daughter, Jean Schumer; his mother, Beatrice Leland; and a sister, Katherine. A Memorial service took place at Westcott Funeral Home on May 20. Donations in Leland’s name to National Rifle Association of America, 11250 Waples Mill Road, Fairfax, VA 22030.
