Col. Frank Michael Kulik

Retired U.S. Army Col. Frank Michael “Mike” Kulik, 83, of Sedona, died Sept. 20.

He was born Nov. 3, 1928, in Chicopee, Mass., to Frank and Lena [Cygan] Kulik.

He is survived by wife Peggy; children Mary Barker, of Boise, Idaho; Patricia Noga, of New Milford, Conn.; Michael Kulik, of Norwell, Mass.; Stephanie Vnuk, of Sedona; and Mark Kulik, of Cottonwood; 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Kulik will be laid to rest with full military honors at Arlington National Cemetery.
