I came to know Chuck because I purchased his house here in the Village a little over 5 years ago. He became a good friend of mine. We would have a beer when I was in town and chew over politics. He hated the wasteful ways of government and business. At least the bad businesses eventually failed I could remember him saying! Chuck was one of the most talented people I have ever known when it came to fixing things - anything! Not only could he fix anything, he did it to perfection. Anyone who knew him was aware that if they asked Chuck to fix something, it would get done right.

I will miss him dearly. Chuck, wherever you are skiing, know that your home is in good hands. Take care.
