Billy J. Harris Dec. 7, 1946 – Nov. 20, 2007 Billy Joe Harris, 60, resident of Clarkdale, died Nov. 20. Born in Kansas to Cecil and Adelia Harris, Harris worked for Cedars Resort in Sedona.
