Ann Chmielecki July 18, 1921 — Sept. 14, 2009 Ann Chmielecki died Sept. 14, at VVMC in Cottonwood. She was born July 18, 1921, in Oak Creek, Wis. She was 88 years old. She was a resident of Sunset Village in Sedona and lived in Arizona for the last 15 years. She is survived by her husband, George Chmielecki, of Sedona. No service is scheduled.
