Sedona-Oak Creek School District trudges forward with its effort to implement Arizona’s Common Core Standards by next year, even though infrastructure to support the system is missing.

Administrative and support staff joined teachers Friday, Feb. 15, for a day of staff in-service to work on integrating the new standards into their teaching. This way, everyone, regardless of whether they give instruction or support those who do, will understand where the district is going.
