Concerned residents in burnt orange shirts showed their unity at the Sedona City Council meeting March 13 as they represented and supported those in favor of resuming construction on the dome at Barbara Antonsen Memorial Park. The dome collapsed in August during construction.
In a 4-3 vote, council directed staff to schedule a meeting to discuss the development of an outdoor performance and event venue at the same location. For the full story, see the Wednesday, March 20, edition of the Sedona Red Rock News. |

The meeting was a mix of Sedona residents and business people who either opposed the project, supported it or remained undecided as the dialogue between City Council members, construction professionals and engineers sustained an intense and provocative course.
