The Sedona Camera Club is presenting its annual print exhibition at the Sedona Arts Center as a parallel to the Sedona PhotoFest.Elaine Belvin, of Sedona Camera Club, stands next to some of her work in the Art Barn at Sedona Arts Center on Tuesday, June 3, for the club’s annual print exhibition. The club has put on this event alongside Sedona PhotoFest for two years and will be open until Sunday, June 8.

The exhibition, which is in the Special Exhibition Gallery at the SAC, will run until Sunday, June 8.

On Friday, June 6, a reception was held and  featured participating artists and offer wine and cheese. Visitors were encouraged to ask questions about the work and individual artist’s motivation behind his or her work.

This is the second year that the club has put on the show alongside PhotoFest, which is at the Sedona Performing Arts Center. Judy Lovelett, president of the camera club, said it was a natural fit.

“The Sedona Camera Club has been asked to do this with PhotoFest by the Sedona Arts Center,” Lovelett said. “It just falls into place that we participate.”

In total, 53 photographs by 23 members of the club will be on display. There will also be prints available. The photos were selected by fellow club members. There is no specific theme to the show, rather it is meant to serve as an example of the best work the club has to offer.
