Should Sedona allow alcohol at city parks?

Classical music will fill the air next week as six artists of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center play the Sedona MusicFest.
pianist orion weiss will work with area students in master classes Saturday, Jan. 11, and perform in concerts around the Verde Valley as part of the Sedona Winter MusicFest, which begins Monday,  Jan. 6.
Cellist Nicholas Canellakis and clarinetist Alexander Fiterstein are the principal artistic directors of the event, which will also bring pianist Orion Weiss, violinists Erin Keefe and Benjamin Beilman and violist Tien-Hsin Cindy Wu in for performances throughout the Verde Valley.

The ensemble, all members of which are currently or have been a performer in the nearly 50-year-old Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center in New York City, will play six different works at Copper Canyon Academy’s 45-minute private concert and even take requests, said Ken Buxton, Copper Canyon Academy academic director.
