Ciara Romine, of Flagstaff Arts and Leadership Academy, won the Jackie Lossi Memorial Award, named for a past president of the Northern Arizona Watercolor Society on Saturday, April 26, at Sedona Red Rock High School. There were 491 entries from 12 schools in the Verde Valley and Flagstaff entered in the 24th annual Northern Arizona Student Art Show.
