On Saturday, May 3, Beverly Hall will conduct her final concert before retiring as the Verde Valley Voices music director — a position she has held for the past 15 years. The Verde Valley Voices will sing Saturday, May 3, at the Verde Baptist Church at 102 S. Willard St. in Cottonwood. The choir includes singers from all over Sedona and the Verde Valley. The concert will be the last for director Beverly Hall, who has led the group for the past 15 years.

This event will be held at the Verde Baptist Church at 102 S. Willard St. in Cottonwood — a new venue for the Voices. Doors will open at 2:15 p.m. and the show will commence at 3 p.m. Tickets are $10 each and are available at Verde Floral in Old Town Cottonwood, from any choir member, or at the door.

With her final performance drawing near, Hall has been reflecting on her time as director of the Verde Valley Voices. “The most important factor of the Voices is the wonderful people,” she said. “The amazing thing is when we come together as a group, together we are much more than the individual. I am so grateful to all of the past and present members for the pleasure and honor of standing in front of them each week.”
