Sedona’s PhotoFest has gotten so popular that it had to change its venue to the expansive Sedona Performing Arts Center, according to Vince Fazio, School of the Arts director for the Sedona Arts Center, which puts on the festival.

In its celebration of the art of photography, the Sedona Arts Center will have a variety of exhibits and events from Tuesday to Sunday, June 4 to 9. There will be photography workshops from master photographers John Paul Caponigro, Tony Sweet, Scott Stulberg and Suzanne Mathia.

The Sedona Art Gallery will have an exhibition from the Sedona Camera Club, juried by photographer Scott Stulberg. Stulberg will also have a photography exhibition in the Theater Studio called "Travel and People."

On Thursday, June 6, the arts center will offer a PhotoFest Free Day, which will include a 1

2 hour presentation given by each photographer. The event is sponsored by a grant from the city of Sedona and Canon Explorers of Light. Yavapai College provides lab space for the workshops.
